All of our fitness programs are designed to fit the wants and needs of our community. We are not limited to the classes listed and will continue adding based on what YOU want! Make sure to inquire about a class even if you don't see it listed below. 


Adult Programs

Stretch & Strengthen

Tired of sitting all day? Then this class is just for you! This class is designed with exercises and stretches that can help decrease exposure to ergonomic injuries by incorporating functional fitness. Awkward repetitive postures and sustained compression can impede blood flow, increase nerve pressure, and damage soft tissue. These functional fitness exercises are key components to ensure quality performance of the musculoskeletal system.
This class can be done on a chair or a mat.

Yogalates

A class designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles through a blend of Yoga positions and Pilates exercises. You will develop core strength, improve flexibility, and learn to integrate various Yoga breaths. Class ends with a period of relaxation and meditation that leaves you energized and focused for your day!
No prior experience needed.

CrossHIIT

CrossHIIT combines functional movements partnered with cardio, interval, and strength training. This fun-filled high intensity workout will challenge every muscle in your body through quick, intense bursts of exercises, followed by short, active recovery periods. By moving from exercise to exercise with little rest in between, you will tone and firm your muscles achieving a great cardiovascular and strength workout.
Optional Equipment: Weights, Kettlebell, ExerTubes, & a Mat

Ultimate Core Workout

Get ready for a full body interval workout that will strengthen your core and tone your six pack abs. The key is a strong core for better performance, and we’ll show you how with this all core power workout.
Suggested equipment: a pair of weights, a kettlebell, a play ball or medicine ball, a mat and water to stay hydrated! 

Yoga

This class is designed for yogis who want to learn the fundamentals of yoga. You will feel embodied, empowered, energized, and eager to come back. Don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes because yoga will loosen you up by increasing your flexibility, muscular strength, and balance while exercising at your own pace. 

Cardio Body Sculpt

Enjoy this light weight cardio workout designed to burn up to 400 calories as you flow through a variety of strengthening exercises. Utilizing low weights this rhythmic cardio class is structured to improve overall muscular strength, balance, and posture while toning your abdominal core. Suggested equipment: light weights, exercise mat, towel, and a water bottle.

Barre Class

Our Barre workout will trim, sculpt, and strengthen your entire body with a fusion of Pilates, dance & functional training movements. Using a ballet barre or chair you learn how to incorporate small and controlled isolated movements with higher intense repetitions to develop a strong leaner body. 

Zumba®

Pilates

Tai Chi

Tai Chi consists of gentle fluid movements designed to improve balance, muscular strength, coordination, mobility, breathing and relaxation. This class is renowned as a fall prevention modality which can prolong life, increase flexibility & muscle strength, and reduce the risk of debilitating diseases. Tai Chi is recommended for all adults including those with arthritis and who are post-surgical.

Gentle Aerobics

Start your day with a weight bearing aerobic exercise program designed for older adults. This low impact cardio workout will include muscular conditioning for the upper/lower body, core abdominal and back strengthening, and increasing flexibility, joint mobility, balance, and coordination. 

TLC Strength & Balance

A strength training and balance exercise program designed for older adults who need a little tender loving care. This class includes a warm-up that stretches all the muscles to lubricate joints to ease mobility and increase range of motion. Our functional fitness component will mimic daily movements and activities to improve your strength so you can enjoy living an independent lifestyle. Classes will integrate a blend of balance and coordination movements to improve your ability to stand longer and walk a little further. Movements may be done both seated and standing depending on one’s abilities.

Teen & Kids Programs

Zumba® for Teens

A fusion of Latin and International music and dance movements that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout! Routines feature a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Dance steps are fun and easy to follow! 

Yoga for Teens

This class is designed for young adults who want to learn the fundamentals of yoga. You will develop core strength, improve flexibility, and learn to integrate various Yoga breaths. Class ends with a period of relaxation and meditation that leaves you energized and focused for your day!

Strength Training

Strength training for kids will incorporate the use of free weights, rubber resistance bands and tubes, and their body weight to build, strengthen, and tone muscles. With resistance the muscles have to work harder enabling them to grow stronger and more efficient which build healthy muscles, joints, and bones. This strength training class for kids is designed to improve endurance, total fitness level, and sports performance. Strength training can also help prevent injuries and speed up recovery.

Zumba® Kids 

Perfect for Zumba® fans ages 7-11 years old who would like be active and jam out to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps and add games into the class structure. This class will help develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness. 

Yoga for Kids

This class is for children ages 8-12 who want to learn the fundamentals of yoga while increasing their strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness and focus. An early introduction to yoga paves the way for a life of healthy habits.
No prior experience needed.

Obstacle Course

This spring only workout is for kids 8-12 years old. It is offered outdoors for 6 weeks and is designed to allow kids to enjoy exercise and fitness while increasing coordination, strength and balance.


Health coaches & personal trainers

Certified Health Coaches assist with setting realistic goals, assessing lifestyle behaviors, overcoming obstacles all while helping you adhere to your plan.

Our certified Personal Trainers create programs for individuals and groups of 2 or 3 who want the personal experience. Each program includes fitness assessments to establish a baseline & to chart progress, consultations with our nutritionist, and a program tailored to your fitness and wellness goals. To ensure success each program can include but are not limited to weekly weigh-ins, biometric/body composition screenings, 2-3 training sessions per week and more.
